Issue :Foul smell

Consumer complaint as posted by Mohinder Kumar Gupta on March 9th on comsumercomplaints.in

I made a complaint of 1Kg pack Chawanprash which smells foul for Rs250/-.The said complaint was made yesterday.My complaint has not been acknowledged so for.It appears that neither the Vendor nor the Manufacturer is concerned in Customer complaint and take the customer as Guaranteed. Here it is pertinent to add when the matter was brought to the notice of Vendor he showed his inability to replace the same with the plea that the distributor does not listen/entertain any complaint or replacement.The product was purchased from Apollo Pharmacy -MDC Sec-5, Panchkula.

Manufacturers don t respond to complaints posted in consumer forums. Consumer is advised to file complaint with District Designated Officer (Food Safety) of your area as the sample requires testing for taking regulatory action.
