Online orders complaints : Dominos’s Pizza

I ordered a pizza from dominos. I reached my home an hour late and that too was too cold. Dominos says, full payment will be revised if we do not serve you in next half an hour and i was served an hour and the basic cost was only reversed. Why does not it say otherwise.?
I was not provided any information about the delivery and the status of the order how long is it going to take?

I placed an order on phone with the Sector 48, Noida branch. It was a big order with more than 5 items so I was told that the 30 min timeline would not be applicable to which I agreed.
After 45 mins, I called the Store to know the status when they informed me that the order is on the way.
After 60 mins, I inquired again when they informed that the order is out for delivery.
After nearly 75 mins, I called up again when they informed that the order is cancelled at their end which was surprising ‘coz a few mins back it was on the way to reach me!
The Store Manager had no clue about what was going on and the store team was very rude.

I ordered online for around 900rs. from dominos. One hour after placing my order, the online website said my order was dispatched. Just then i got a call from one man saying that they did not deliver to my area. It was from the MG ROAD, TRIVANDRUM BRANCH .I called and asked to speak to the MANAGER. I explained to him that my ORDER WAS PREPAID with the order no being 123.
He told me that he would cancel the order and told me to call the sashtamangala branch that would apparently deliver to my area.

FIRSTLY, IF A BRANCH IS UNABLE TO DELIVER TO A PARTICULAR AREA THEN THE WEBSITE SHOULD NOT GIVE IT AS AN OPTION. I entered my home adress on the website (zippr’s smart adress) that apparently automatically selects the closest domino’s delivery to you. Therefore making this your technical error.

SECONDLY, HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?

THIRDLY, GIVE YOUR MANAGEMENT SOME BRAINS AND MANNERS OR FIRE THEM.

FOURTHLY, IF THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS DUE TO A WEBSITE ERROR, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO CALL ME ONE HOUR AFTER PLACING MY ORDER TO GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION.
THE MANAGER’S EXCUSE WAS THAT THEY WERE BUSY… AGAIN, HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM? EMPLOY PEOPLE WHO CAN MANAGE.
HE THEN WENT ON TO CUT THE CALL WITHOUT OFFERING ANY APOLOGY OR SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM, AND THEREAFTER IGNORED MY CALLS.

I AM GOING TO POST THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE.
NOT ONLY DO YOU’LL SELL RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE PIZZA’S, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE A FAULTY WEBSITE AND NINCOMPOOP MANAGER’S. IF ANYBODY IS TEMPTED ENOUGH TO BE CHEATED OFF THAT MUCH MONEY, BOY DO YOU’LL KNOW HOW TO DETER THEM.
– DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER.
