3rd time i am complaining here for the same issue. but the issue is on same stage. Patanjali people called and mailed also for inquire all the details. I gave all the details batch no and etc. They asked us to meet somewhere to get solution for the things. they did not come on given time. We called them lots of time. finally they came and asked for bottle.
(We met with Mr. Tiwari who called himself Head of mustard oil dept.) & met with Mr. R.K. Gupta who called himself at GM Level as well as accounts head).
I really do not know why they came to meet us. they do not have any answer or solution. And some people are talking very rudely on this. (We can generate the proof for the same). directly they are blaming us that we are playing their company reputation. First they are selling a bad product and after talking with us rudely. Is this a big brand who selling their products in market in high scale. they do not have manners how to talk with consumers.
Sir, now we have decided to spread this news everywhere in social media, newspaper and many more and would like to go with finally legal action against it. kindly let me know what would be the procedure to go. if we have to hire a lawyer from outside then also let me know. Because now we cant wait. Its already has more than 1 month.
