I bought a packet of good-day biscuits. The biscuits of that packet were totally bad/useless.They all were black who couldn’t have been eatable.when i complained of that biscuits to Britannia Industry then after a long time a quality executive had come for taking the sample.and i said to him to give me a proof of this that he is taking my sample of biscuits..but he refused…and now…i complained again …but still they didn’t give any reply of my complained.

And samples bone of the other employee(mahes kumar) has come on 7-9-2016.Then I asked him for proof to give but they didn’t give.Then i have tried many times to contact to Britannia but yet there was no any reply and after some days on 24-9-2016 Mr vipul has come from britinai with 24 packets of gooday buiscuits to give us bribe and demand for the samples .
The product has also been spoiled now. and that will expire after some time
Now what should i do…???

As a consumer you have given an opportunity to get response from the manufacturer. It is the practice of the manufacturers to get hold of the complaint pack from the customer to prevent further action against them, For doing this they offer as exchange and cite reasons for testing it. I suggest the consumer to file a complaint with the District Designated Officer (FoodSafety)along with the sample for taking regulatory action
